Coding equity: The gender dimension gap in business digital transformation

The digital transformation of companies globally, and in Latin America and the Caribbean, presents challenges of a significant magnitude that must be addressed urgently. One of them is the unequal presence of women in the process of business digitization, derived from the existence of various gender-related digital gaps.

In order to better understand this challenge and discuss how to solve it in a comprehensive and strategic way, we invite you to the virtual launch of the study “The gender dimension in the digital business transformation of Latin America and the Caribbean” this Thursday, June 23 at 10:00 a.m. EDT.

During the launch, international and IDB Group experts will analyze the main conclusions of new surveys conducted with the main agents of digital transformation in the region and will discuss public policy recommendations to reduce the gender gap.
