EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW

How does the work and activities of IAP specifically touch upon e-commerce and the digital economy?

One of IAP’s objectives is to promote good relations between individual prosecutors and prosecution agencies; to facilitate the exchange and dissemination among them of information, expertise and experience; and, to that end, to encourage the use of information technology.

The IAP considers the growth in digital evidence and how technological developments can be effectively utilized to progress complex and large-scale investigations and prosecutions.
