The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), in collaboration with the World Trade Organization (WTO) Secretariat, is conducting a business survey to better understand the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on trade. This initiative builds on the WTO’s November 2024 report on how AI shapes and is shaped by international trade, by reducing trade costs, improving productivity and expanding economies' comparative advantages.
The findings of the survey will contribute to the WTO’s Annual World Trade Report and a dedicated ICC-WTO publication, helping to shape the global understanding of AI’s role in trade from a business perspective. Business members are invited to complete this short survey by 15 April 2025 23:59 CEST (extended). It takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and provide critical input on current business practices.
All responses will remain anonymous and aggregated, ensuring that no business-confidential information is disclosed.
Thank you in advance for your time and valuable input.
