Regional Policy Dialogue on Digital Solutions for Smart Fiscal Management

The Regional Dialogue on Digital Solutions for Smart Fiscal Management, to be held in Rio de Janeiro on September 10–11, 2025, will bring together fiscal authorities, international experts, and representatives from multilateral organizations to reflect on the role of digital transformation in modernizing fiscal management. The event builds on the legacy of Brazil’s PROFISCO and PNAFM programs, which since 2009 have promoted fiscal sustainability through the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

Over two days, participants will explore key topics such as the use of artificial intelligence in tax administration, enhancing taxpayer relations, smart auditing strategies, efficient public spending, and the evolution of integrated financial systems like SIAFI. The launch of the new PROFISCO III program will also be featured, along with discussions on replicating these experiences in other countries.

The event will be structured around two formats: the Dialogue, focused on high-level discussions among invited participants, and the Fair, open to registered attendees, featuring thematic panels, live demonstrations, and interactive solution stands.
