In the framework of the UPU regional project on operational efficiency and hashtag#eCommerce development (hashtag#ORE3) for Europe and the CIS, UPU experts visited Armenian Post, HayPost, to review its operational processes and assess the readiness of its operations for e-commerce.

Involving meetings with some key stakeholders, like representatives of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia and the Zvartnots International Airport Cargo Terminal, the mission was used to develop recommendations for HayPost in order to improve its overall operational performance.

The ORE 3 project aims to help posts modernize their operational processes and leverage the available technological tools in order to meet related regulatory requirements and provide a reliable and high-quality service to customers.
