In the rapidly evolving landscape of global digital commerce, regulatory frameworks play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless cross-border trade. in this regard, this event aims to address the critical challenges and explore the myriad opportunities within the region’s e-commerce sector. The session will feature speakers discussing the status, challenges, and strategies for enhancing cross-border paperless trade, specifically within the BBIN (Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal) sub-region, as well as broader measures taken by regional governments like India in facilitating EXIM logistics. By fostering a dialogue among experts from academia, industries and international organizations, the session seeks to propel regulatory harmonization to boost e-commerce trade across the Asia-Pacific region.
