Third meeting of the Conference on Science, Innovation and ICTs of ECLAC

In light of the dizzying pace of technical change, innovation and technological development are increasingly key factors in countries’ economic and social development. At its third, the Conference on Science, Innovation and Information and Communications Technologies of ECLAC will discuss the development strategies of the region’s countries and the role played in these strategies by the digital revolution and by innovation. On the basis of examples and good practices, the session will aim to identify common areas of action for moving towards a working agenda on science, technology and innovation in the region.
