Presentation of the publication: “Government Digital Transformation Guide”

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) invites you to the launch of one of the first and most complete digital transformation guides for public administration at a global level: “Government Digital Transformation Guide”. This publication combines state-of-the-art knowledge with practical materials such as examples, stories and self-assessment questions, to support the digital transformation of Latin America and the Caribbean. The guide is structured around 5 main axes: governance and institutionality; regulatory framework, infrastructure and technological tools, digital talent and change management; and new digital processes and services. All under an interoperable, holistic, transversal and citizen-centered approach. We will be accompanied by experts from the IDB, the academia, international organizations, the public and private sector.
