Philippines Digital Leaders Seminar For Local Chief Executives

The Development Academy of the Philippines, in partnership with the Asian and Pacific Training Centre for ICT for Development (APCICT/ESCAP), is organizing the Digital Leaders Seminar for Local Chief Executives on 2 to 3 March 2023 in Siargao, Surigao del Norte. The event is targeted to local chief executives and other government officials who are responsible for the development and implementation of digital initiatives in their jurisdictions.

The seminar will cover the topic of inclusive digital development, including its benefits and challenges in the digital society, digital economy, and digital policies. It will also address the considerations that government officials must consider to identify the policies and programs required to design, develop, and implement an inclusive digital development strategy.
