The Commonwealth Secretariat is partnering with global technology giant Intel to launch a new digital training platform designed to help public sector officials understand and harness the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and unlock the benefits of digitalisation across the Commonwealth.

This cutting-edge online course aims to demystify emerging technologies among senior level public sector officials in Commonwealth member countries, raising awareness about the basics of artificial intelligence, its potential applications, the current needs and digital readiness of respective countries and the variety of sectors in which AI can be utilised to achieve development goals.

The self-paced course aims to promote digital inclusivity and use of efficient digital infrastructure, accelerate the growth of digital economies and support a smart Commonwealth.

This launch event will take place in person at the Commonwealth Secretariat Headquarters at Marlborough House, London and online (hybrid). In-person seating is limited (by invitation), however, virtual attendance is possible from 11:00 until 13:00.
