Registration for ITU Member States, Palestine (Resolution 99 (Rev. Dubai, 2018)), ITU Sector Members, ITU Academia, United Nations and specialized agencies, IAEA and IEG Members, for the new September dates, is open.
Important Notice on Re-registration: Following the rescheduling of the Forum to September, all participants, including those whose registrations were already confirmed for the original June dates, are kindly invited to complete a new registration at the Forum website at their earliest convenience to facilitate the logistic preparation of the event. Previous records will not be automatically migrated. This update ensures that final delegate registration records are accurate to facilitate the precise logistical preparation of the event.
All participants must register individually online, whether attending onsite or remotely, using your ITU user account. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one before registering. Registration is approved by your organization’s Registration Focal Point (RFP) or by the ITU registration team when events are open to non-ITU members.

Registration for ITU Associates and non-ITU members
The Expression of Interest (EOI) window for the rescheduled September dates (2–4 September 2026) is now open.
ITU Associates and members of the public who have an interest in matters related to the WTPF-26, along with expertise or experience in Information Society or ICT public policy issues, are invited to apply by submitting an Expression of Interest. ITU Associates may contact us directly via [email protected].
Please note: Non-ITU members who submitted an EOI before 30 April 2026 with duly completed, qualifying and verified profiles will be contacted directly via email to complete their registration. All other previous applicants (after 30 April 2026) and beyond, must submit a new form via the link below.

Requirements
- Applications must be from nationals of ITU or United Nations recognized Member States (including under Resolution 99)
- Applicants must demonstrate a clear and verifiable link to the entity they represent
- The ITU may request additional supporting documentation
- Incomplete or non-compliant applications may not be considered

Review of registration by Focal Points (RFPs)
Designated Registration Focal Points (RFPs) are required to kindly review the registration requests submitted by members of their delegation.
An email notification is sent for each new request, which can be processed directly from the email or via the link below (access requires the ITU User Account/TIES access – only designated RFPs will view their delegation’s requests).
