Launch of the fourth edition of the UPU's flagship digital panorama report

The UPU’s Directorate of Policy, Regulation and Markets (DPRM) is pleased to unveil its newest flagship report on digital transformation, “The Postal Sector’s Role in the Digital Economy and Digital Society – A Global Panorama.”

Drawing on a global survey of 153 designated operators and case studies from over 20 countries, the report shows how Posts are successfully supporting governments in enabling inclusive digital transformation.  

Join us to explore:

• The extent to which Posts are delivering digital services beyond the traditional sector – including e-commerce, digital financial services, e-government, digital health, and digital connectivity

• How Posts are providing these services with a human touch through multi-channel service delivery

• Success stories of Posts driving inclusive digital transformation across regions and income levels, leaving no one behind

• The challenges and opportunities to further leverage postal infrastructure for inclusive digital transformation

Following an overview of the report, the event will feature reactions and presentations from leaders driving digital transformation worldwide and shaping the future of digital service delivery through the Posts.
