- You are a woman and you are the founder/co-founder of your business
- You have a track record of at least 3 years in this role
- New technologies and digital tools are at the heart of your business model and operations
- You are based in one of the following countries : Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela
- You are making a difference and creating a positive impact on your community
- We strongly encourage candidates from indigenous communities and marginalized groups to apply, as we are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion.
