The #FastTrackTech Project and AfricArena partner to grant best early stage tech startups from Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Mali, Rwanda, Tanzania and Zambia a total of $35,000 in prize money, and up to $245,000 of Amazon Web Services (AWS) credits
The #FastTrackTech Africa project is looking for innovative tech startups from Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Mali, Rwanda, Tanzania and Zambia with distinctive products, unique technologies and ambitious founding teams who want to scale up.
21 finalists will be selected to pitch online during AfricArena on 24 – 25 November 2020, and one winner per country will be chosen. The winner of each country will walk away with a USD $5,000 cash prize awarded by #FastTrackTech Africa, and $15,000 in AWS credit and business support.
LOCATION OF ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
Only startups based in Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Mali, Rwanda, Tanzania & Zambia will be considered.
The startup must be using digital technology as a core enabling factor (e-commerce is included)
Should at least have an existing product/service and market traction (customer acquisition and retention)
Must be a formally registered company and hold a business bank account in the name of the startup company

Short video of 1 or 2 minutes to introduce your start-up and how you intend to spend the $5000
