ITU Regional Forum on Digital Government (Astana, Kazakhstan, 28-29 March 2024)
GovStack is a multi-stakeholder, community-driven global initiative, founded by ITU, Estonia, Germany, and the Digital Impact Alliance in 2020, that assists governments and institutions in adopting a whole-of-government approach to digital transformation through implementation of interoperable, generic, and reusable building blocks, while optimizing expenditure, promoting the exchange of knowledge and expertise, and encouraging adherence to shared principles, standards, and best practices.
The ITU Regional Forum on Digital Government is a two-day event with working sessions, open discussions and Q&A sessions.
During the first day of the event, experts will present the opportunities provided to countries under the GovStack initiative, the tools and services available for use, and also reveal in more detail the building blocks.
On the second day, representatives of the CIS countries and other regions of the world will share success stories in the implementation of e-government services, as well as discuss the challenges they face and possible ways to solve them through cooperation and exchange of experience within the framework of the GovStack initiative.
