How have e-Shopper Behaviours changed in the Context of COVID?
UPU Consultative Committee: Webinar Trilogy
In line with its approved roadmap for 2021, the Consultative Committee is holding a series of three one-hour webinars dedicated to the disrupted market environment resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic: accelerated digitalization of communications and commerce, leading to changes in e-commerce logistics; changing consumer behaviours; and what citizens should expect from the universal service obligation in their respective countries.
The COVID-19 pandemic has forever changed online shopping behaviours in both emerging and developed economies. Making e-shoppers’ online experience a safe journey is an institutional obligation that comes with many responsibilities to ensure that consumers are protected while online.
