How can digital technologies help governments deliver faster and more efficiently? GovTech is a whole of government approach to public sector modernization. It emphasizes three aspects of public sector modernization: citizen-centric, universally accessible public services, and whole-of-government approach to digital government transformation.

The GovTech Global Forum aims to promote GovTech policy thinking and practical implementation, engaging the broad ecosystem of GovTech stakeholders from governments to the private sector, academia, and civil society and build a GovTech ecosystem for innovation and greener public sectors.

Join us for the launch of the GovTech Global Forum, live from the headquarters of the World Bank Group. We will be streaming the opening remarks and the first plenary “Governance in a Digital Era”.
