Expert Group Meeting (EGM) on Digital Trade and Investment for Sustainable Development

This EGM has an objective to consult with experts to frame the research agenda of the Asia-Pacific Trade and Investment Report (APTIR) 2023. Experts will be invited to share their opinions and the findings available in empirical and theoretical literature at present and to highlight the factors at work for making digital trade and investment promote sustainable development. Inputs received from the EGM will feed into the research agenda of APTIR 2023, which will ultimately guide policymakers in Asia-Pacific developing countries toward selecting suitable strategies to achieve sustainable development through digital trade and investment.
