The role of e-commerce for the  recovery

The pandemic accelerated the adoption of electronic commerce by consumers and businesses on an unprecedented scale. However, there are still challenges ahead that can significantly delay the digital transformation of companies and the deployment of online sales channels. Several governments in the region launched and revised their e-commerce strategies in view of their contribution to the economic recovery. In this panel, it will be discussed which are the most effective policies and tools to promote this new productive and digital dynamic.
